Sony BRAVIA without Netflix? What you should know!
For some time now, many users of older Sony BRAVIA TV models have been encountering issues with the Netflix app. Unfortunately, this is not a temporary glitch. Sony has officially announced that Netflix support has been discontinued on some older LCD BRAVIA TV models.
Why is Netflix not working on Sony Bravia?
The changes result from the withdrawal of technical support by the service provider itself – Netflix. Streaming services like Netflix regularly update their apps and security systems, which comes with increasingly higher hardware requirements. In the case of older TV models, especially those produced before 2014, the software and components can no longer support the new versions of the app.

Important: the removal of the Netflix app does not mean the TV is broken. All other functions: TV signal reception, other apps, and multimedia features work unchanged.
How to watch Netflix on an older Sony Bravia model
